After walking around downtown Chicago for an hour or so, checking out the different buildings and hanging around the newly built Millenium Park, my cousin and I had dinner at the Grand Lux Cafe. Food was great, dessert was extremely fabulous!!! I downed the toasted almond chocolate with praline ice cream sandwich like there was no tomorrow. Afterwards, I had a real bad heartburn and my head was spinning as we were walking home.

I gotta stop eating too much. It's getting real bad. We're going out tonight for drinks and my stomach's huge and my head's still spinning a bit. Eep. I should know better.

On the other hand, it's nice to walk around again. Weather was beautiful, the buildings were just pretty. Chicago is a very beautiful city. It's making me think even more about wanting to move here. I dunno. Let's just see what happens.
